Our lives take off when we let ourselves off the hook. It may appear to seem more desirable to expect perfection from ourselves than adequacy. However, we’ve learned that we set ourselves up for success when we set the bar low. We relieve ourselves of all psychological burdens with the willingness to simply be adequate and watch God do the heavy lifting.
